High Spec Computer : Mac Book (Black) partioned so that you have access to both the Mac and Windows Operating systems. We chose this platform so that you would have the opportunity to use the creative tools availbale of the Mac but still be comforted by the familiarity of the Windows interface. There will be a learning curve involved in becoming familiar with the Mac but persevere and you will wonder why you hadn’t considered this platform before. Please try to be open minded about exploring this computer, if you do become frustrated with any aspects of the computer then email either myself jjkaes@haringeyclc.org.uk or Chris Orme, my colleague, on corme@haringeyclc.org.uk.

I’ve just realised that we’re getting Macs – even more excited now, since I much prefer working on my husband’s Mac than on my school PC. Will this include iPhoto? (I think it’s part of iWorks or iLife6, but I’m not sure.) My husband will also be pleased, he’ll be able to get his computer back now!

I’m glad that your excited about using the mac, I am sure that I am going to have a number of staff who are not as keen but we have partitioned the macs so that you can use them as PC (windows) as well as Macs.
Yes iPhoto will be there as it is partof iLife and you will also have access to iWork and iWeb.
